With the professional in mind, we have developed a whippable icing and filling with the superior characteristics that you would expect from Hanan Products. top 'n fil® combines excellent yield, stability and flavor into a product that significantly outperforms conventional old-fashioned buttercream.
top 'n fil® is supplied frozen and can be stored either in the freezer or refrigerator and used at your convenience. After thawing, top 'n fil® is simply placed in a bowl and whipped with a wire beater to a soft peak.
top 'n fil® will not separate or crack and maintains it's freshness for days. top 'n fil® can even be held at room temperature in a domed container without the slightest sign of weeping. With an overrun of three to one (3:1), twice as many cakes can be decorated with top 'n fil® as compared to your old standby.
top 'n fil® is perfect for topping and filling any dessert and holds sharp crisp edges. Colors added to top 'n fil® stay vibrant allowing for perfect piping.
top 'n fil® is supplied in either a 35.25# pail or case of 4x8 lb. 13 oz. cartons (net 35. 25#) HANAN'S top 'n fil® can be purchased in vanilla, chocolate, lemon, strawberry, mocha, and raspberry. Any special flavors can of course be produced on request.
top 'n fil® is certified kosher and parve and is completely non-dairy containing NO MILK OR MILK BY PRODUCTS. top 'n fil® is lactose free.
