Available in both vanilla and chocolate, Continental Bavarian Creme is a ready to use custard-style filling for eclairs, creme puffs, horns, donuts, and layers.  Continental Bavarian Creme is produced without eggs, milk or milk byproducts and is available for immediate use directly from the refrigerator.  In addition Continental Bavarian Cremes are produced under strict rabbinical supervision and are kosher and parve.

Packaged in either 40lb. or 20lb. plastic containers the flavor of Continental Bavarian Creme far exceeds the competition; never bitter or metallic from the over use of preservations or acidifiers.   One try and you will notice the unusual quality of these unique fillings.
